I don't know how some do it.I usually can't figure a good theme for the year until late sept.and even then it takes a while to figure what's correct enough to show.ahhh,I guess it's just my lack of taste for gore.

This is not good.My budget for halloween has run out (I lost close to a hundred) and I've been ill for about a week.I didn't get anything done.I'll probably just finish what I can ...It's just for the kids anyway.Whatever I can't get done in the next day or two I'm just going to cover or remove and leave out.It's just too close to the season and I still want a costume for myself.Besides there's places I want to go visit.Lights that didn't go up and triggers that I haven't put in but they all take a while to put in and test. So what.

I have to remake the bats.I set them too close to stuff that was supposed to go out and all of my bats got thrown out.pretty bad.Plus,I still don't like the way my swamp monster is turning out....back to the store.The extra tombstones turned out really well(probably soo dark there they won't show anyway)...And I still have to finish the spiders...ahhhhhh.Plus I might want to visit for the holidays.

We're making tombstones today (my nephew and I).I'll put pictures on my webspace.Theres tombstone pictures in whatever is with the gargoyles,and other pictures at the picture of the haunted house.

I decided to make the bats for this year.I realized that it's very likely that someone will grab at the bats and rip one or two down so I'm making them from bags instead of buying them (the loss will be much less).While making them I had to stop because of fleas.They reinhabited my my room and I had to retreat the whole room.Still Getting things done
 though.

I was here today making bats and when I took a break something helped me to realize...I think I have some styrofoam to make tombstones with (at least some of them) I must have put some on storage when I resealed an old van .

I'm still just being lazy about decorating.I found I'll have to completely redo my idea for my swamp monsters.They turned out pretty horrible....nothing like what I tried to make. During the making,they were pretty big,but when they were ready to put in place they just seem too small. THe other things are moving along pretty slowly.I couldn't find the style of plastic bat I was looking for ,so I am going to have to make those for that area AND I still have orders for decorations I have yet to place...
