1988 Al Morris, Founder of S.G.H.A.P.I. Took part in the
reenactment of the Battle Of Gettysburg. This was in
celebration of the 125th. Anniversary of the Battle. He recalls
a clear night in July under a full moon. The time was around
11:00pm. He sat with a group of people on a ridge that
overlooked the original battlefield. A fog appeared across the
field and they could hear clinking noises coming from where
the fog was. None of them had any idea what was happening.
The following day and days that passed he and the others
were told the story of the fog and how it had appeared to
others and how the noise was believed to be the ghosts of
the soldiers moving across the field and the clinking noise to
be the bayonets clicking together because they were
marching so closely . At the time of the sighting he had not
yet become fully involved in paranormal research. His
comment now is, "Where was my camera?"
