Not a ghost, but...
This doesn't qualify as a ghost story, really, and I wasn't at all frightened by it, but I tell it often anyway.

One night I was up very late taking a bath. Soaking away, I suddenly had the feeling I was "not alone". I said aloud (it's not unusual for me to talk to myself, just a thing I do), "Oh, I better get out of the tub, I don't want Uncle Emanuel to see me naked."

For some reason, that didn't seem at all odd to me. The next morning my mother called and told me that Uncle Emanuel had died in the night. I just said, "I know."

This was actually my mother's uncle, not mine, and while I'd see him from time to time, we had no special connection. I have no idea why he would come to me, but I have no doubt that he did. When I got to my bedroom after emerging from the bath and drying off, the clock said 4:21. Uncle Emanuel's time of death was 4:18.

None
My husband's mother died, when he was five, of Leukemia.
He was staying with friends toward the end of her life. He was out riding his bike when she passed. He rode up to the neighbors and told them she was dead. They then got the phone call.

When I was eleven, my grandfather died from cancer. He stayed at home during his illness. I lived in the basement with my mother and brother. My grandparents were on the first floor.
One morning, I woke up rather suddenly.
I then heard my mother talking to someone. She was crying. She said, "Please don't go, dad."
The phone rang.
It was my grandmother. My grandfather had just passed away.
