If there are any cool ideas out there on how to create a skeletal system to display all of my many costumes on when they're not on me :) I've got a mean itch to start early this year in making some awesome Halloween decorations - so any and all ideas would be great! I've checked into the manequin thing and they are SOOOO damn expensive!

I built frames out of pvc pipe. You can pad them with towels or old blankets to get the shape you want. I use wig heads and I have a skeleten head that was suppose to be a candy bucket...I rigged it up with red lights inside and put some hair on top, I usually dress this one like a reaper...I'll check and see if I have any pics of him....

Using PVC pipe can be vary cheep, and vary posable, to add padding for shape, those pool noddles that kis float on work realy well, and are fast to slip on the pipe. Rottincorps
