for some reason, the past 2 weeks or so have been awesome for us! and today things got EVEN BETTER!

i got a call back from the monument guys. after they declined last year to donate some old sample markers to the trail, my persistance has paid off: i have permission to take ALL of their old sample markers that are pushed into the bushes!

so our trail will have a few REAL tombstones in it! *excited* we need to get ahold of Big Danny (FIL) and get his rollback to transport them up. target date for pickup is Saturday.

AND i just heard from the Salvation Army. they are THRILLED that we are going to be benefitting their can food drive with our trail this year!

all of our ducks are lining up so nicely.... LIFE IS SWEET!!!!
