Oh! I almost forgot

Last evening as well we took a much needed break around midnight and scooted over to the Oyster Bay Saloon for some Kareoke. I don't sing in public but both Baxter and Marc do. Walking through the crowd was like walking through a sea of corks on water: most of the people there had a few and there were those who had alot ; ) Lots of weaving and off beat clapping going on. This is going to be fun. Baxter and Marc chose their songs. We sat for awhile to check out the "competiton"-- there was none. Lots of heartfelt wailing to tunes that seemed somewhat familiar. 
Finally, Baxter was up. When he stepped on stage, everyone was noticing the "new guy". His performace rocked! I heard many comments in the crowd -- "he's good" and "nice voice". I don't think this crowd was really used to someone who can sing. Marc pulled his song off well. Of course, this is addictive behavior so they both felt the need of a round two. Baxter and I trapesed across the street to inform Bryan that one more song was in order. Of course is look did not change when he stated that things were levitating here. We just laughed and left to return to Oyster Bay for round two.
Round two was just as wonderful and the crowd was once more appreciative of Baxter for providing a little auditory relief.

Last Day!

We have one more investigation to go. Last night's investigation yielded great results. We wil be posting a video clip of it soon after we arrive back home. It was such a busy evening that we did not get a chance to partake of all those surgar-filled delicacies. A few chocolate Pinwheels were scarfed so that means we will have plenty of sweets for tonight anf the ride home.

We finally hit the proverbial hay about 4:00 a.m and woke around noon. The Hotel gave Bryan and Carol one of the more proportedly "haunted" rooms in the Hotel... room 211. They moved out of their current digs and set up camp in their new room. We will see what the evening brings. One thing for sure -- we are getting very good at setting up and breaking down the equipment. We are breaking record timing!

After we all got up and slowly made our way down to the lobby, we needed sustinance. We went to Miss Kitty's and ate at the China Town. Of course, the hot sauce was flowing as plans for ths evenng's investigation were discussed. With stomachs now full, we are currently kicking back a bit before showtime. We are hoping that Seth Bullock would show before we leave... that would be sweet!
