For those of you who don't know today I had to say goodbye to my beloved dogs, it's a long story as to why, but the fact of the matter is that I don't have them anymore. I will miss them terribly.

Along with my horrible loss, my mom had an apical ballooning myocardial infarction (long words for specific type of heart attack) She is currently in the Coronary intensive care unit at the local hospital but has a good prognosis and as long as all goes well should be home on Thursday.

At this point, I am a bit numb, but doing ok. I want to thank everyone who talked with Katy and helped her find places for me to put my dogs so as to save their lives. Thank you all for your support and well wishes, it is all greatly appreciated.
