Is There REALLY A Monster Mash?

I'm just wondering if there really is a such dance as the Monster Mash.

We're suppose to be doing it on our baseball field in front of thousands of people. But, I'm wondering if there really is a such thing as the Monster Mash dance or are we gonna have to create one ourselves.

haha, you should e-mail Bobby "Boris" Pickett and tell him you did the dance. He's still around and answers e-mail.

I can't dance! Well, that's not exactly true. When I was younger, I could dance very well. Now, my knees won't allow me to do too much anymore. But, I think I can handle the steps involved in the Monster Mash thang. If the youngsters want to ham i up a bit, I'll just step back and let them.

Okay,

I just found the answer to my own question:

Monster Mash Dance

Dance Sequence:
Eight Steps Forward, back - Frankenstein Style
Criss Cross Arms - Four counts - two with right arm top, then two with left
Hammer Fists - Four counts - two with right arm top, then two with left
Hitch Hike - Four counts - two with right thumb, then two with left
Twist for the rest of song, until the refrain starts again
