When a young girl goes missing, both father and mother must cross a city of the dead to learn the terrifying truth.   The Rip: If ya never saw the original Pulse movie, yer gonna get lost on trying to figure out what’s going on. Heck, ya probably will still get a bit confused. There are a few startling scenes, but overall, it really isn’t very frightening. The storyline jumps around with no real connection, other than the father trying to keep his daughter from her mother. There are sub plots that are left unanswered, (I must assume to be filled in when Pulse 3 is released…). Good for a few scares, but otherwise keep the defibrillator turned off on this one!
