Title: work on the trail

Blog Entry: we have accomplished more on the haunted trail, but since i can't seem to remember anything, still no batteries=still no pics! hope to get batteries today, though. *ties string to finger* lol. we have moved some things around. the mattress and box springs are set up now. we have moved the rest of our pallets into place. more planning is needed though... long hours spent sitting in the woods, discussing the haunt and what we want to accomplish. a drop-panel is IN THE WORKS the gate is a GO the TV. we need to move the TV to it's location and build it into place. the 'school' area of the asylum is pretty much set. Rebecca (our insane teacher) is now planning and collecting stuff to make her area look realistic. she has some old textbooks and a yardstick ( i bet some of you know about teachers and yardsticks, lol) we have been collecting desks from the local schools. when one gets damaged beyond repair, they call me! we need to start planning on lighting i guess. IMO, lighting is pretty much the single most important element of a haunt. if you get it wrong- you're DONE! so much goes through my mind now, sometimes i have to blog to keep it all straight, so don't feel that you have to comment or anything... the last thing i need to say is THANK YOU to Danny, my wonderful husband. he took good care of me when i was so sick the other day, i just don't know what i would do without you, honey! *X0X0X0*
