To many to list - I'm retired, remember. I love carving pumpkins, witches on brooms, cats, vampires and ghosts. Reading, watching movies and gourmet cooking. Plus, just tinkering around the house and playing on the computer.
Blood Rayne, almost any Vampire movie, Forever Night - Vampires can be good. Queen of the Night. Lost Boys and Disturbia, "Twilight" was less than I expected, but good for a teenage audience.
I love LIVE music. Motley Crue - I'm went August first of '08 at the Mandalay, main floor seats Q 13 & 14.
The Double Down, the Joint at the Hard Rock (I saw the last show at the old Joint and Bon Jovi at the new Joint), King Tuts and the Sand Dollar to name a few. I'm just another rock and roll clown. LOL I've seen to many concerts to name or remember. Rock and Roll (old and new), Techno, Punk; yes, even some disco, Jazz and Blues. NO Rap and very little country.
Just finished reading "Nocturnal Witchcraft Magick After Dark" by Konstantinos, interesting and maybe. "Twilight" and "Moonlight" are good for older children. I read them to keep up with my daughters. I just finished "Gods in Darkness, The Complete Novels of Kane" by Karl Edward Wagner, it's a great read. (Yes, I know how!)
Forgive me, I'm eloquent and prolific; at times I lack adroitness, yet I'm still a little altruistically tenacious and always kind and loving. (I'm a lousy typist; so forgive me if I get my mords wixed up.....)
My all time favorite quote is by Ralph Waldo Emerson. "To laugh often and much; to win the respect of intelligent people and the affection of children; to earn the appreciation of honest critics and endure the betrayal of false friends; to appreciate beauty, to find the best in others; to leave the world a bit better, whether by a healthy child, a garden patch or a redeemed social condition; to know even one life has breathed easier because you have lived. This is to have succeeded." Yes, I have.
The face of an Angel, smiling with sin and the body of Venus with arms. A Sexy Little Witch or Vampire. Fangs are a plus. HALLOWEEN PARTIES, Live Music and makig love by the fireplace, in the pool, kitchen, livingroom, shower, dining room, garage; you get the picture. The children are gone, so come on.
I LIVE LIFE HARD AND FAST and LOVE LIKE I'LL NEVER TAKE ANOTHER BREATH! (I have 3 terminal, but not contagous deseases, and nothing left to lose but my life!) Yes, I love ROCK & ROLL, so I'll put another buck in the jukebox and shoot another game of pool.
I live on the West side of Las Vegas, by Flamingo and Cimarron. I will never slow down. I am a smoker. I'll try anything once, if it doesn't kill me I may try it twice, if I like it who knows? (Explains the wheelchair, doesn't it?)I have a positive outlook on life - stuff happens we deal with it. I have fun where ever I go because I can. Let's take it from the top; first I have nerve damage in my back from an Army and three construction accidents. I'm reasonably well educated and eloquent, although at times I lack adroitness. I'm very energetic and self-sufficient. I'm not looking for a nurse to take care of me (Although playing doctor once in a while is fun...). I do use a wheelchair for anything other than walking around the house. I can go short distances without my crutches. I have movement but not much strength. Long hikes in Red Rock Park are no longer an option. My days of cross country running and football are over, but I stay in good shape. On the bright side I can't run away! I don't have feeling in my legs but, everything still works, Once in a while a SLOW dance is OK. I do have a great sense of humor (I'm always on a roll. I tried doing stand-up comedy, but I fell flat on my face. LOL). I'd like to date someone with a pulse that's important to me. She must have a sense of humor. I had custody of my children for 14 years, they're grown. My oldest and yuongest daughters moved to WA State to attend the UW in Seattle. My son lives in NV. I own a house here in Vegas with a swimming pool. Since swimming is the best and only type of excercise I can do without damaging my back further. BOOYAAAH, Grandma!!!!
Enough about me, what do you enjoy?
YES, I AGREE! TWILIGHT WAS A GOOD MOVIE, BUT DEFINITELY FOR THE TEENS. HOW ARE YOU? I'M DOING GOOD...JUST TRYING TO MAKE MY ROUNDS TODAY. I NEVER GET A CHANCE TO BE HERE THAT MUCH, BUT I WANTED TO DROP BY AND SAY HELLO TO YOU!! *HUGS* HAVE A GOOD DAY!
