It's hard being in a place where so much pain exsists. Sometimes depression can lead to cutting, suicidle thoughts or isolation from the rest of the world. But it is a feeling that will do that to people. It is a feeling that seems as if it never goes away. To you, you may feel as if it has swallowed you whole and you can't escape. Sometimes it can lead to dark clothing. But what's wrong with dark clothes? It's a way to show the color on the inside, because pain is mostly described as the color black. It feels as if you are so cold inside. As if the pain is suffocating you and you can't make a sound. Maybe to some to get that release they will cause physical harm to themselves, but there isn't anything wrong in releasing emotions. Although, maybe you should try to use a rubber band around your arm and if you feel like cutting, pull it back and let it go. It isn't as much as cutting will give you, but it is a way to let that pain out. Though, I don't want to tell you what to do. I can't tell you, everyone has a different motive to let the pain out.
